Community Involvement


GLENTEL is a people-first organization and is committed to the communities in which it serves. The company supports many organizations in Canada that help improve the lives of people. GLENTEL employees also give back and are active members of many community and charity organizations. In addition to the community-based charities that GLENTEL and its employees support, GLENTEL has a multi-year partnership with the Canadian Cancer Society. The goal of the three-year partnership is to bring public awareness to 12 different cancers by providing quarterly workshops and information sessions about cancer prevention and the importance of early detection and screening. GLENTEL has raised over $2.2 million dollars to date, through a four-tiered fundraising approach that includes employee giving, customer donations, partner involvement, as well as corporate donation.
