(TSX:GLN), a leading Canadian communications company specializing in wireless solutions, recently won the bid to a $2.3 million dollar contract with TransLink to upgrade their SkyTrain Wayside Radio System. The project, due to be completed in March 2009, includes the replacement of aging wireless communications infrastructure with new hardware that is supportable and compliant to the latest Industry Canada spectrum requirements for the British Columbia Rapid Transit Company Ltd., an operating subsidiary of TransLink.
