GLENTEL INC. ANNOUNCES THE RETIREMENT OF ITS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Burnaby, British Columbia – May 5, 2010 – GLENTEL Inc. (TSX: GLN)

The board of directors of GLENTEL Inc. announces the retirement of Dale Belsher, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective June 30, 2010. Mr. Belsher has served as Chief Financial Officer since January 2001 and will transition the financial duties to Jas Boparai, Director of Finance, who has been appointed Chief Financial Officer effective June 30, 2010. “I wish to thank Dale for his leadership, dedication and commitment to the success of the company over the past 9 1/2 years,” said Thomas Skidmore, GLENTEL’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “I welcome Jas to his new appointment as our Chief Financial Officer.”
